Park Commission

The Park Commission was established in 1943 to manage, maintain, and control all real and personal property held by the Borough of Fenwick for park or recreational purposes, subject to the instructions of the Warden and Burgesses.  Three to five members are nominated by the Warden and appointed by the Burgesses annually.

The Commission recommends to the Warden and Burgesses rules and regulations for the use of Borough park property, including rules establishing fees for the use of recreational facilities, and it enforces any rules or regulations concerning the property that are enacted by the Warden and Burgesses.
