Reminder: Fenwick Junior Program Registration Ends May 1

Dear Fenwick families, 

A gentle reminder that registration for this summer's Fenwick Junior Program will end on May 1! The enrollment fee will increase for anyone who joins after registration closes.

WEBSITE GUIDELINES

Here are some tips for using the website:

  • The first screen will ask you to sign-in or sign-up. If your child participated last year, your account is still active but you will need to update your profile. If this is your first time enrolling your child, you will need to sign-up and create a new account and profile. 
  • You must complete your membership profile and pay the registration fee per child before booking activities. You will be asked to provide your children's dates of birth, your Fenwick address as well as the dates you will be in Fenwick. This is for security and scheduling purposes. 
  • After completing your profile, hit the “enroll” button and you will be prompted to choose the registration fee that corresponds to how many children you are enrolling. The registration fee before May 1 is $175 per child. So one child is $175, two children costs $350 and three children is $525. 
  • Once your membership is complete, you can select activities by going back to the homepage and clicking “new bookings".
  • TIP: Click on the "checkout" button at any time to view your bookings, and to add more activities and children. On the checkout screen, on the right side, you can click "Add another camp to your registration" to add more activities. If you click the "Back" button on your computer, you may lose your existing bookings. Instead, we suggest going to the checkout screen to add more activities.
  • NEW THIS YEAR: On the checkout screen, there are some updated terms and conditions that you must read and acknowledge before completing registration. Please read these carefully, as there are also some Frequently Asked Questions, which include information about pricing, class schedules, important dates, as well as rules and expectations for participating in the program. We will email you this information again after your complete registration.
  • If you have two children who will be in the same class, you have an option to add more than one participant when you book each activity. You will be asked to enter information for each participant. 
  • Once you click on your desired activity and age group, you will be prompted to fill in the particulars. Please note that you will be asked to enter a t-shirt size for each activity, but only one will be issued per child
  • If you are only signing up for a two-week session, at checkout please type "SHORTCAMP" in the "promotion" area above your credit card information, which will reduce the pricing by 50%.
  • All bookings have a 3% processing fee. 
  • After completing registration, your children's activities can be viewed at the "Your bookings" section on the home screen.
  • TIP: If you need to add more activities after completing registration - or are having trouble navigating checkout - please note that you can always add a new booking separately (and make a new payment for that individual new booking).
