NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Fenwick Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom and at 4 Nibang Avenue, Borough of Fenwick, Town of Old Saybrook, Connecticut to hear the following:
1. 52 Sequassen Avenue, map 11, lot 4, Anne Schmitt, owner, T. Metcalf, applicant. Application ZSpP22-001 to relocate septic system within the 50 foot coastal resource buffer.
At this hearing all interested parties may appear and be heard, and written testimony received. These applications will be posted on the Planning and Zoning page of the Borough website and are on file in the office of the Borough of Fenwick, 580 Maple Avenue, Old Saybrook, Connecticut.
