NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Fenwick Planning and Zoning Commission took the following actions at a Special Meeting held on November 16, 2020:
- ZSP20-005, 6 Pettipaug Avenue, map 10, lot 39. Jonathan Gengras, owner Brooke Girty Design, applicant; Site Plan and Coastal Site Plan Review application to relocate property line, reconfigure, winterize, and add basement to existing house. Approved with Stipulations.
