Historic District Commission Public Hearing - March 7, 2020

BOROUGH OF FENWICK
HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Fenwick Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at 4 Nibang Avenue, Borough of Fenwick, Connecticut to hear the following:

  1. Fenwick Golf Course, map 10, lot 1.  Borough of Fenwick, owner and applicant. Application HDC20-003 to widen cart path adjacent to starter’s shack to accommodate golf cart parking.
  1. 26 Pettipaug Avenue, map 10, lot 36.  Sea Grove Company LLC, owner, Hope Proctor, applicant.  Application HDC20-004 to add second floor exterior door, deck guardrail, and new outdoor shower.

At this hearing all interested parties may appear and be heard, and written testimony received.  Copies of the applications and proposed amendments are on file in the office of the Borough of Fenwick, 580 Maple Avenue, Old Saybrook, CT.
