NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Fenwick Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to hear the following:

  1. 8 Agawam Avenue, map 10, lot 5.  8 Agawam Partners LLC, owner, and Paul Castello, applicant. Application HDC21- 004 to install 2 ac condensing units on west side of house.
  2. 24 Agawam Avenue, map 10, lot 49.  E. Clayton III & Ashley Gengras, owners and applicants. Application HDC21-005 to install screens in existing third floor porch.

At this hearing all interested parties may appear and be heard, and written testimony received.  Copies of the applications will be posted on the Borough of Fenwick website: www.boroughoffenwick.com.
