HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Fenwick Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at 4 Nibang Avenue, Borough of Fenwick, Connecticut to hear the following:

  1. Pettipaug Avenue, map 5, lot 120.  Hall Wilson, owner; Brooke Girty, applicant.  Application HDC19-012 to construct new cedar shingled, single-family dwelling with attached garage.

At this hearing all interested parties may appear and be heard, and written testimony received.  Copies of the applications and proposed amendments are on file in the office of the Borough of Fenwick, 580 Maple Avenue, Old Saybrook, CT.
