NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing and meeting will be held by the Board of Warden and Burgesses of the Borough of Fenwick at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2020 outside at 4 Nibang Avenue within said Borough. If inclement weather prohibits an outside meeting, the hearing will be held via Zoom:

At this hearing, the Board of Warden and Burgesses of the Borough of Fenwick will consider and act upon the proposed clarifications and modifications to Section 11 of the Ordinances: “An Ordinance Regulating the Times During which Construction Activities May Be Conducted”. The full text of the proposed ordinance as amended is posted on the Board of Warden and Burgesses page of the Borough website: www.boroughoffenwick.com. Such amendments to the ordinance shall become effective 30 days after publication of its enactment in accordance with Section 7-157 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
