BOROUGH OF FENWICK
PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Fenwick Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. at 4 Nibang Avenue, Borough of Fenwick, Town of Old Saybrook, Connecticut to hear the following:

  1. ZSpP19-001, 20 Nibang Avenue, map 10, lot 3, Robin & Joseph Zubretsky, owner; Brooke Girty Design, applicant; Special Permit and Coastal Site Plan Review for new pool within 50’ of CJL, demolition of old pool, and additions, generator, and site improvements.

At this hearing all interested parties may appear and be heard, and written testimony received.  These applications are on file in the office of the Borough of Fenwick, 580 Maple Avenue, Old Saybrook, Connecticut.
