ZSpP19-001, 20 Nibang Avenue, map 10, lot 3, Robin & Joseph Zubretsky, owner; Brooke Girty Design, applicant; Site Plan and Coastal Site Plan Review for additions, generator, and site improvements. Approved with Stipulations.
