  1. Call to order.
  2. Public Hearing:  12 Neponset Avenue, map 11, lot 8.  Martha Staniford et al, owner, Matt Myers, applicant. Application HDC20-008 to replace garage doors.
  3. Possible Action on HDC20-008, 12 Neponset Avenue.
  4. Public Hearing11 Pettipaug Avenue, map 10, lot 26.  Eniotna LLP, owner, Brooke Girty Design, applicant.  Application HDC20-009 after the fact application to demolish several first-floor walls.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Fenwick Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. to hear the following:

  1. 12 Neponset Avenue, map 11, lot 8.  Martha Staniford et al, owner, Matt Myers, applicant. Application HDC20-008 to replace garage doors.
